From freelance builds to a platform
What started as a one-person consultancy became a mission-driven product company.
FlowPilot was born from a simple frustration: building AI agents was too hard, too expensive, and too slow for most businesses. We're changing that — one deployed agent at a time.
I spent three months building an AI support agent for a client — weeks on LangChain plumbing, DevOps, prompt engineering, and debugging edge cases. When it finally launched, I thought: there has to be a better way to do this. That thought became FlowPilot.
Today, only companies with large engineering teams can build and maintain AI agents. The infrastructure is complex, the tooling is fragmented, and the expertise is expensive.
We're building the platform that changes this — so a 5-person startup has the same automation power as a Fortune 500 enterprise.
We're a lean team of AI engineers, product builders, and automation veterans who spent years building AI systems for clients before building the platform we wish had existed.
We're hiring
We're looking for exceptional engineers, ML researchers, and product thinkers who want to work on hard problems that matter.
