What started as a one-person consultancy became a mission-driven product company.
2022
The first AI agent
Built a custom customer support agent for a SaaS client using early LangChain. It automated 60% of their tier-1 tickets. The client was blown away. So were we.
2023 — Early
The pattern emerges
After 15+ custom agent builds, a clear pattern appeared: every project had the same plumbing — vector DBs, tool routing, observability, deployment. We were rebuilding the same foundations from scratch every time.
2023 — Late
FlowPilot v0
Built the first internal version of FlowPilot to speed up our own client work. Deployment time went from 3 weeks to 3 days. We knew we'd built something worth sharing.
2024
First external customers
Opened early access to 10 design partners. Processed 100,000+ agent tasks in the first month. Achieved 99% client satisfaction across all deployments.
2025
Platform launch & AWS partnership
Launched the full FlowPilot platform on AWS infrastructure. Partnered with AWS Activate, integrated Bedrock, and began onboarding enterprise customers with dedicated infrastructure.
2026 — Now
Scaling the mission
200+ teams on the platform, 10K+ hours automated, and growing fast. Multi-agent workflows, enterprise SSO, and a marketplace of agent templates now in active development.
